It's such a beautiful location, and Moya was always so helpful and responsive when we had questions along the way. We got married in the spring, and having the space outside for people to hangout was amazing as well. Before our wedding we were a little worried about the flow of the space because we had so many guests (200!), but it all worked out better than I could have even planned! We LOVED Springdale!

We absolutely loved our wedding at Springdale Station. It was the perfect venue for everything we were looking for — not to mention next to the spot where we met. It made for a perfect backdrop for our decor and design ideas. We particularly loved that you could have all festivities inside with the option of being outside if the weather is nice. Moya and Hannah were angels to work with, fielding our questions and providing lots of open houses with some awesome vendors. We also loved their furniture options! They were unique and fun. 10/10 would recommend this space for your wedding!

Our Process

Inquiry
Once we receive your initial inquiry, we’ll be in touch within 24 hours with a brochure that explains in more detail about hosting events at Springdale Station. We’ll also discuss your goals and vision for your wedding, as well as a date for you to come to visit our venue in person.

In-Person Tour
We always recommend our couples come to visit our venue in person to get to know our team and space better. We find a lot of our couples can envision their wedding better when seeing it in person. It’s also a time where you can ask questions specific to your wedding that help us start formulating ideas. It’s important to us that you feel comfortable and confident in our ability to accommodate the occasion.

Complimentary Soft Hold
We understand the planning process is stressful, which is why we offer a complimentary soft hold for one week so you can gather the last of the details before you book with us. We’ll also be available for questions you may have.

Booking
Once we confirm your wedding, our venue manager will be available to set up walk-throughs, brainstorm floorplan ideas, and answer questions that pop up during the process. We’ll also discuss if the All-Inclusive option is right for your event and if you’d like us to handle the organization, or if you’d rather go DIY for flexibility.

Celebrate!
We’ll be with you throughout the entire process to make sure no detail goes untouched. So once the big day arrives, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your wedding knowing we have everything covered to execute a celebration of a lifetime.
